An Attitude of Gratitude

I make it a point each day to notice people doing “the right thing,” and I make a conscious effort to let them know about it. Because we all face challenges, stress and pressure, I believe that we could all use a boost for what we are doing right – especially if it benefits others.

On a good day, I’ll send a couple of hand-written notes to people who have gone the extra mile, been generous or kind to me.  When I receive a note like this, I know that I tend to hold onto it!  It means something special to me when people take time out of their busy days to write.

Perhaps not often enough, I ask myself, “Who needs to hear me say that I am grateful for them, and what they do?”

Today, I am writing to say thanks to you, and to everyone who has viewed my website, visited my gallery or said good things about my work.  You are making a huge difference in my life, and you are inspiring me to stay sharp and keep painting.

I am grateful for you!
